The joke goes, a man asks for his watch to be fixed only to be told that they do not fix watches at the store he is asking at. The man then asks what they do, they reply with that they’re in the business of circumcision. The man goes on to ask why they have watches hanging at their storefront if they do circumcisions and the reply he gets is, ‘why don’t you tell us what we should hang outside then?’.
Only recently there were lots of rumors that Mr. Liaquat had been fired from PTV’s Ramazan transmission but he appeared on the show with his wife recently to clear all misconceptions

Khair back to the joke… while he’s telling the joke, the camera pans to female audience members who look visibly uncomfortable at the joke
Of course, everyone is outraged that Aamir Liaquat had the gall to make such a joke. Not to forget, he was banned in the past. Multiple times.
And then there were a few idiots who blamed the women for going to his show in the first place
Of course, one should always expect a few victim blamers and their very twisted logic.
All of this reminded some people of the age-old joke everyone makes, that while the devil may be in chains during Ramazan, he leaves Aamir Liaquat in-charge
