If you’re here because the hashtag #NamjinBestDancers has you scratching your head out of confusion, then welcome to the world of BTS and ARMY. I hope this journey proves insightful for you.
Let’s talk about the hashtag first, Namjin is a combination of two names; Kim Namjoon (RM) and Kim Seokjin (Jin). Both of them are two members of the incredibly popular K-Pop group, BTS.
Now, BTS is not just known for their amazing music but also their powerful dance moves that accompany many of their songs.
While we just consume the end result of the perfect choreography, we often forget the hours of hard work put into achieving perfect synchronization by the 7-member group.
While members Jung Hoseok (J-Hope) and Park Jimin have backgrounds in professional dancing, the other boys do not. But all of them work incredibly hard to ensure they put on spectacular performances for fans.
And in an interview, the boys were giving to iHeartRadio in front of a crowd of adoring fans, something incredibly awkward happened. The host asked fans who they thought was most likely to mess up a dance routine, and fans actually thought it would be okay to answer the question and started calling out names.
A lot of fans around the world, including Pakistani BTS ARMY couldn’t believe that they actually responded
Now i know what is exactly has happened.. Jin and RM improved their dancing so much.. Now they are almost perfect. They always give so much respect to fans but what fans did here is so disrespectful #NamjinBestDancers

A lot of people pointed to Namjoon and Seokjin. And as fans knowing their history of how they practice extra hours to ensure they dance just as well as the other members, this was incredibly hurtful to hear. The other members of the band immediately started discouraging the crowd from answering.
Jimin waved a ‘no’ with his finger to tell people not to answer while Taehyung (V) and signified the crowd to stop as well. Namjoon and Seokjin looked VERY uncomfortable during the whole thing; and why wouldn’t they be? A crowd of fans were essentially saying they weren’t good dancers. And as Korean Idols, it isn’t an easy thing to hear.
Despite everything, i'm glad watching how they protect each other. They really have their own way to comfort the other. And seokjin's little "im not wrong" broke my heart into pieces. You were NEVER wrong seokjinnie #NamjinBestDancers https://t.co/RmjdFeoNUa

Jungkook ended the embarrassing scene by loudly saying ‘we are perfect’ and shutting everything down. And fans couldn’t agree more

Let this be a lesson to all fans; when asked to ranks members or talk about the ‘weakest link’ decline to answer. We already know how BTS feels about people only caring about an individual member over the entire group. It’s okay to have your bias but it’s not okay to put another member down.
