These days people have forgotten the basic concept which tied humanity together; caring about others. It was our ability to empathize with one another and even other living things that made us human. And Delite is trying to bring that concept back with its latest ad.
The ad starts out with a father and son duo going inside the house when they hear some distraught mews of a kitten. Upon investigation, they come across a kitten who has an injured paw and decide to take it inside where they administer to its wound and then happily integrate the little fella into their family.
The best part about the Delite ad is how it shows a very important thing; the father is the role model for the son and teaches him about responsibilities and how to take care of things.
When they adopt the kitten, the father helps his son build a cat nest for it. He explains how to give the kitten food. And helps the son learn how to take care of a little animal.
From making sure the kitten is safe and happy, to cleaning his room and other areas after he is done using them. The father does all of this gently and leads by example; which honestly imparts the message so much better!
The father shows his son how to take care of the cat, and then when he doesn’t show him, he prepares a to-do list for his son on what he needs to do for the cat named Coco in order to keep it happy and safe. The son of course follows all of this advice and soon, he doesn’t need any reminders!
The ad is a great example of leading by behavior. From using hand sanitizer effective to cleaning the floor. If parents lead by example and teach children how to shoulder responsibilities effectively, they will follow suit.
This ad by Delite is a great reminder for all of us, too, on how we should take care of one another and ourselves.

Khayal rakhein! It doesn’t have to be luxurious presents for someone but can be something as small as asking them if they have eaten anything.
