Dubai has become one of the go to vacation places for Pakistanis. The country is not only nearby but it offers the exact cosmopolitan experience which us desis need. The beach, the skyscrapers, and the high end adventurous sports – all make Pakistanis rush to Dubai.
Almost 300,000 Pakistanis have reached Dubai to celebrate the New Year this year
However, those who are applying now for a visa are being denied. This was confirmed by Chairman Travel Agents Association Naeem Sharif.
All the visa applications which were sent this Monday have been rejected and that too, without any reason. All the new applicants have been asked to not send in their applications
This is because a number of Pakistanis are already in Dubai, so they cannot entertain more applications at the time of the new year.
However, this is only temporary and the applications will again open in January.
This is how Pakistanis are reacting to the news
Poor Pakistani passport, no value, no credibility
