Hania Amir shared an Instagram post where she’s singing and playing the piano, but people don’t seem too happy about it.

Hania Amir needs little introduction. She’s an actress, a Youtuber (although she insists she isn’t) and now, a pianist and singer…? Well, that may be a tad bit of an exaggeration but she did just post a video of herself on Instagram playing the piano and kinda singing.

Hania’s face, when she messes up, is me 24/7. I feel ya, sis. Also, she’s found a new hobby. Achi baat hai, explore karna chahiye. BUT, ever since she posted the video, people don’t seem too happy about the skill she’s displayed. Yikes.

Let’s recap a bit: we’ve had an…interesting history when it comes to singers who aren’t technically skilled per se, but get to sing on larger platforms anyway. And people have responded to such singers with either brutal trolling or straight up negative criticism. On the other hand, you also can’t sunao someone for exploring new avenues, yet that’s a concept that’s hard to get a grasp on, since everyone on the internet is a critic.

And it’s that critic bannay ka josh that’s led to the hoard of criticism on Hania’s post.

Again, a bit unfair.

However, some people lauded her, commenting on her voice which btw, isn’t bad at all, if you ask me. 

Rumored beau Asim Azhar left his reaction to her impromptu performance, and it’s super cute.

But forget her singing OR her piano playing, the biggest issue people had with her post was the CAPTION, which was ‘nayi hobby dhoond li he aapki behan ne’. People were NOT having it.
