Mehwish in Mere Paas Tum Ho rul gayi hai… or has she?

So last Saturday’s episode of Mere Paas Tum Ho just got way more entertaining. Particularly people who are fans of Danish and rooting for his happiness are really happy. But before we get into that here’s a tiny recap of how things were left.

 

It’s safe to say that life for Mehwish in Mere Paas Tum Ho has become extremely uncomfortable after Maham showed up

In the episode before last one things had ended with a glorious tamacha on Mehwish’s face, we all knew this was a turning point and the story of this show was all picking up from then on. People celebrated the arrival of Savera Nadeem as Maham.

And then in the latest episode, Mehwish in Mere Paas Tum Ho just suffered her biggest setback yet

Things just went completely downhill for Mehwish. Her boyfriend, Shahwar got thrown in jail on charges of fraud and forgery and after a healthy doze of beizzati, she got kicked out of the house.

With nothing but a bag of clothes with her, Mehwish first went to her old flat in hopes of finding the whereabouts of Danish- and ended up getting bistified by the chokidaar. Then, she went to meet Rumi at his school and he responded with, “mama aap week me nahe month men ek martaba mil liya karein“. AWKWARD.

Then she went to see Shahwar in jail, who literally refused to even recognize her

So it’s safe to say that life is not looking good for Mehwish in Mere Paas Tum Ho and Pakistanis are actually loving it

I mean, fair enough. Every Saturday, we were filled with hate for the actions of the unfaithful and heartless wife and felt pity for the husband who loved her so very much. And now that Karma’s coming on strong, we can’t say it’s not satisfying.

However, some people are actually feeling bad for Mehwish

Ayeza Khan’s acting is so phenomenal, particularly in this episode, that despite everything Mehwish had done in the past, people still found it in themselves to actually feel sorry for her.

Some people are also pointing out that the real star of Mere Paas Tum Ho, is Chacha jee

Yep, incase you guys were wondering how Shahwar’s wife, Maham, came out of nowhere and completely changed the game of the show- well, the mystery is solved now. Apparently, Shahwar’s house butler- chacha jee- was the one who called her and told her what’s up cause damn, every one has double identity in this show.
