Unfortunately, the app was banned in Pakistan soon after she hit the 10 million mark on TikTok and she had stirred up some controversy for her views about the said ban. Jannat went on to make even more news with the announcement of her move away from Pakistan.

She has now explained the reason for her move to Japan

While replying to a question on Instagram, the Tik Tok star said that Pakistan is a beautiful country but the mentality of the people is not good.

In Jannat’s words, ” Pakistan bohat pyara aur acha hai lekin Pakistan kay logon ki zehniat achi nahe.” She has not elaborated or explained her statement but what can be deduced from her statement is that the celeb is not really happy with the way people of Pakistan respond or talk about certain issues.

Could she be referring to this moment when she was trolled for being the reason for the TikTok ban in Pakistan?

Naturally, people had a lot to say about her statement. A majority of them ended up dragging the TikTok star

People reminded her that the same ‘low mentality’ made her reach the height of fame.

A few people tried to school her by asking her to stop linking everything with culture and mentality

They further said that she can happily leave the country and can get disappointed by the mentality of people in other countries.

Some event went on to diss Jannat by saying that people who don’t own their homeland don’t deserve to live in that country

Of course, some haters said that no one really cares about Jannat leaving the country as it will not affect the lives of normal Pakistanis

They added by stating that in fact, moving to Japan will provide the TikTok celeb with opportunities to learn creative ways to earn.
