While disagreeing with Khalil Ur Rehman, Eman also shared a very sane explanation about feminism in her interview with Iffat Omer. She shared a clip of her interview on her Instagram as a response to Khalil Ur Rehman and his messed up concept of feminism.
While addressing the writer, Eman said, “Khalil Ur Rehman. Very simply put, for you to understand, here’s a relevant small clip from my interview, you know, because @ Khalil Ur Rehman. I can’t give interviews because I get nervous and anxious and then I fail to articulate myself properly. It’s not depression??? Wtf??? I’m also a terrible public speaker.”
In the interview she explained, “agar larka chapair maray toh wapis maardo, ye equality hai? NAHI HAI. feminism ye nai hai ke wapis uth ke chapair maaro. it basically is ke chapair NA maaro.”
