To the excitement and joy of all foodies, food festivals were finally back in vogue in cities. It’s that time of the year, again folks. And there’s no food festival much the one by 7Up this time around. Launching mega food events across Pakistan last week, the wave started from Sialkot and had foodies travel to all major cities spreading the joy of good food, good music and damn good vibes. The past week, “7Up Foodies Festival” rocked three cities; Faisalabad, Peshawar and Hyderabad.

But Peshawaris definitely took the cake for being enthusiastic hosts and foodies. Here’s all that you missed.

Held at Nishtar hall, Peshawaris flocked to the festival full of entertainment, good food and all sorts of fun stuff.

Catering to thousands of people, the festival offered a multitude of food, music and a whole lot of 7Up! It was so refreshing to see the city light up with crowds upon crowds lining up. In the efforts to revive public spaces with cultural activities and events, this was truly an effort worth lauding. Here’s to hoping more festivals, events, concerts and performances take on Peshawar because there’s nothing quite like Peshawaris randomly bursting into their attans.

7Up Foodies Festivals are set to take place in every major city of Pakistan! If you are a foodie who loves music, hangout with friends and family on the weekend, this is the perfect place for you!

What did you think about the event in Peshawar? Was it a yay or a nay? Are you excited to learn about the events following to this one in your own city? Let us know what you think in the comments section below.
