Is this reporter from Lahore the new Chaand Nawab?
The trend of doing something out of the box to stand out is not new to Pakistani media, after all, they have to chase ratings and audience. At times, reporters are seen dancing in celebration and sometimes trying to eat ‘paan’ to prove a point.
At other times, they’re run over by cows or are gawked at by anday wala burger loving bystanders (remember that one?). All in a day’s work, you know.
One reporter tried to convey the message that the streets of Lahore are swamped with too much water in a rather innovative way
In an attempt to do just that, he decided to sit in an inflated pool that was placed on the flooded roads of Lahore.
Yup! That’s right, see for yourself.
In his report, the guy made an effort to be a little creative with the inflated pool, tough its pretty evident that it was a challenge for him to sit still.
People couldn’t help but notice his determination.
It even started a Lahore vs Karachi debate
Uskay liye toh bas mauqa chahiye hota hai, tbh.
And anti-Shehbaz Sharif forces came out in droves
Some investigative beings even found inaccuracy in his reporting
But most of all, everyone had a good laugh 😁😁
