‘Suno Chanda 2’ has been disappointing fans for a while. Reading twitter threads, you’ll find complaints about the slow pace storyline and the various inconsistencies. Aehsun Talish, director of ‘Suno Chanda 2’ just responded to criticism the show has been receiving from fans.

A blaring concern among fans has been the lack of Jiya-Arsal screenspace in the last few episodes of the show.
Its ep 22 n Arsal n Jiya have had literally no growth whatsoever in their characters. In season 1, Arsal by now had confessed his feelings and both were empathetic to each other's pain from hurting eo evry sec. This is a major writing flaw and we have pointed it out #SunoChanda2

Aehsun Talish spoke out today about all the criticism, and accused thereof being a “new campaign against ‘Suno Chanda… it is to malign ‘Suno Chanda’ in every manner.”
The director went on to defend the writing and that there was “no intention what so ever to reduce or sabotage their own play by not giving enough time to the protagonists Arsal or Jiya.”
The director stated that in order for the story to progress, Arsal and Jiya’s screen space was limited. Here’s his full statement:
This comes after actress Nadia Afgan also responded to criticism over the inconsistencies in ‘Suno Chanda 2.’
“Dearest people!! Please forgive us for our little errors. Since suno chanda comprises of a huge cast. Iy evey difficult to get all ten actors together . Everyone is busy with other shoots. Sunochanda is still being shot. Wr are working day and night. Shooting is a very bery difficult process. We shoot in extreme heat. Would u believe it that we cant even have the fan or ac on so u guys can get clear audio. #sunochanda2 shoot started a while back..some scenes are being shot presently some were done when the shoot started. We are trying our best. Aome decisions are taken by the channel. So a mistak here or there .. can be forgiven next episodes you wont see this. So relax and cheer up. Lots of love to u all. 💖💖💖💖”
