Whether you loathe it or love it, you can’t deny the massive popularity and digital influence of TikTok.  With over 800 million active users and more than 1.5 billion downloads from the App Store, the incredible rate at which TikTok has become one of the fastest-growing social media platforms is phenomenal.

Though skeptics of the app often oppose it for it’s often problematic or ”cringe” content, much of the criticism of TikTok stems from a place of intense classism and disdain for the lower social classes to portray their creative talent online.

Unlike the restrictive approach of the Instagram algorithm, TikTok adopts a far more easy-going approach. The audience on this platform prefers content by normal, ordinary people who are relatable and funny.

Basically, TikTok allows anyone to become a star with no discrimination on the basis of class or status. From your class fellow to your local shopkeeper, anyone has the ability to achieve TikTok fame.

In fact, as one guy recently discovered, even your tandoor wala could be a TikTok star!

With over 220k followers on TikTok and steadily increasing, user Titanic_Khan alias Peshawar King definitely has a considerable fan following on the popular social media application.

From incredibly hilarious videos…

…to dramatic dialogue delivery in Urdu/Hindi

…this tandoor wala proves that he is a man of many talents on his TikTok profile.

He often even gets his friends to join him along in the fun

And even shares workout videos

Sidenote: Is it just me or does his friend resemble Jon Snow?

Overall, the incredible success of the tandoor wala on TikTok has people rejoicing and they can’t help but cheer him on!

In fact, people are adamant that the tandoor wala should monetize his success and uses this fame to solidify a social media career.

Basically, people are loving how TikTok has given a platform to this tandoor wala to express his creative side and allowed him to achieve star status.

Tbh, while TikTok does have its fair share of warranted criticism, I love how inclusive the app is and isn’t a gatekeeper of simply the elite, privileged class. This is further exemplified by the fact the same user who has more than 2 lac followers on TikTok, has only around 300 people appreciating his talent on Instagram. Personally, I find the success story of the tandoor wala super cute and can’t help but wish him tons of good luck in his journey to become a social media star.
