Most of us don’t believe in a formal definition of happiness; we know it when we feel it, and we often use the term “happiness” to describe positive emotions like contentment, joy, pride, and satisfaction. Everyone’s idea of happiness is different. We all have different life experiences, tastes, and opinions. All that adds up to different things making different people happy.
With all the negativity that we’re constantly surrounded by, it’s hard to see the positive sides of things at times.
To remind everyone at the office that there’s always light at the end of the tunnel, I gave all of my coworkers two minutes to draw what makes them happy, no other instructions were given. Here’s what they drew:
Ali Gul – “Tatti”
Daniyal Shahid – “The Donut”
Marria Khan – “Family Fun”
Ali Ahsan – “Weightless”
Arsalan Athar – “Introspecting”
Abdul Rehman Malik – “Arpeggio in D Major”
Biya Haq – “Bruno”
Yasser Puri – “Dil Bole Hadippa!”
Amar Ali – “Stuff and Things”
Iman Zia – “Future Tribe”
….Here are all the drawings together
