This is Arslan Farrukh, “an architect pretending to be an artist”
Constantly pendeluming between the two, his professional endeavors and personal interests usually overlap.
And the result is INSANE.
Arslan has the gift of breathing life into everyday inordinate objects.
Currently pursuing Architecture in Lahore while running his own independent studio, Arslan doesn’t believe in getting paid for the art he makes.
“The reason I choose these objects or brands is because I feel people have let go of things in life just to be in this race of time.”
“We look at so many objects everyday, use them, throw them away. But nobody takes a moment to think of its worth”, Arsalan states, talking about his miniature art.
Arslan uses watercolors and white acrylic while most of his drawings are over 2x2cm and under 4x4cm.
And all the details that he draws are done with the help of a magnifying glass.
