Penned by the great Khawaja Ghulam Fareed, ‘Meda Ishq Vi Tu,’ is perhaps one of the most deeply rooted spiritual callings to God, there is in our literature. The simplicity and yearning in the words that wasn’t heard before, and the way Pathanay Khan’s voice elevates the kalam and pierces your heart with a feeling of homesickness, the kind you feel for a person – leaves a gaping hole in your heart.
We tried our best at translating the kalam, for you. Ghalti ki ma’afi ~
