Educational institutions in Pakistan are a dime a dozen, with almost every building in every neighborhood having a school or academy cropping up at any hour of the day. You would think with all that many places to impart education, ours would be a nation with a much higher literacy rate. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
This new Pakistani university is called “Biryani University” and that’s honestly the most practical subject there could be a university on
American comedian Jeremy McLellan even wished he could have studied here
Jeremy joked about going to this place and in one week his post has over 14 thousand likes.
Jeremy’s post about this university has gotten Pakistanis really excited about the prospects of studying all aspects of the favorite Pakistani food as a subject
And this dude is asking the first question that needs to be asked before joining this university
And this pulao hater thinks some people who confuse the two dishes need to get enrolled at Biryani University
While this dude has got some very strong reservations against one particular subject at Biryani University
Lahore haters are making their presence felt very strongly
This dude has a very interesting suggestion for the University’s graduation ceremony
Even people from outside of Pakistan want to enrol at this university
So we explored what Biryani University was all about and here’s their website
Their motto is “At BU You Can Really Be You” And we don’t mind that at all.
According to the university’s website, “BU is a private, not-for-profit institution dedicated to providing the world’s best Biryani education. Excellence, leadership, art, ethics, and respect for diversity are the core values that guide our efforts. We teach our students the general knowledge and specific skills necessary to be a Biryani Lover.”
They’re currently offering four educational programs and their resident Biryani consultant, Yasser Puri, said they’re planning to offer 13 more courses by January 2018
Now, while everyone’s excited about this university, the city wars need to end because this university is FOR ALL
Would you enrol at this university, if you really want to, you can check it out over here and I, Dr. Sarmad, professor of Biryani History, endorse it.
